Two Day Reiki Level One Workshops

Held by appointment for groups or individuals. (10 hours)
8am to 1pm ~ Reiki manual, certificate, and vegetarian lunch provided. ~ Group rates: 7000 Rs when you register with freinds and 8000 Rs for individual registration to an existing workshop.  10000 Rs for private instruction.  Workshop times can be adjusted by request. Hatha Yoga Classes

Emphasis given on warm-ups, postures, meditation, and pranayam.   (90 minute session)
9:30 am to 11:00 am and 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. 300 Rs for single sessions, and 250 RS for prepaid continuing students.  700 Rs for private instruction. Class times can be adjusted by request.

For free introductory class to yoga, please join session at 7:15 am to 8:00 am on terrace. In this class, we show some basic yoga warm-ups and sun salutations necessary for serious yoga practioners.

Buddhist Ritual Dance Workshops
Participants will be guided through basic movements and dance sequences that allow first-hand, the  experience of the subtle, transformative power of graceful, yogic body movement based on dances of various Buddhist Deities as taught by priests of Newari tradition.  Dances taught: Manjushri, Vajrayogini, Arya Tara, Panch Buddha, and many more.

Workshops timings are daily except Saturdays from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Students are recommended to study this dance a minium of 2 weeks up to 1 month in order to complete training in one of the dances. Less than 2 weeks training is also useful to learn the primary movements and form of Charya Nritya serving purposefully for general body control and coordination used in this style of dance. Cost per hour session is 200 Rs.

Free introduction class is offered from 8:00 am to 8:30 am. In this class, students will learn some basic dance warm-ups and the basic movements of the head, hands, body and feet necessary for training in Buddhist ritual dance.
