Guided Meditation Class:
Our guided meditation classes are designed for those interested in trying meditation for the first time or learning more about Tibetan Buddhist meditation and the purpose behind it, as well as for anyone looking for support in strengthening their daily practice.

Buddhist Teachings & Short Courses:
Our courses are always designed for people with little or no previous knowledge of Tibetan Buddhism however are suitable for anyone and everyone who wishes to learn more. The one day introductory courses give people a thorough introduciton to fundamental Buddhist concepts and the short talks explore various topics within Tibetan Buddhism and change every week.
Nrs. 400-1700 (depending on the course length)

Movie & MoMo Night:
Movie and MoMo Night happens every Saturday night. We screen a Buddhist related Documentary film on our rooftop terrace followed by an optional discussion about the film. Vegetarian MoMo's, Popcorn, and Tea are availabe.

Introduction to Buddhism Day Course
Specialized day program for groups of 5 or more. Can include: Introducution to Meditation, Yoga, and Buddhism &/or a Guided Pilgrimage to one of the many holy sights in the Kathmandu Valley. Lead by an experienced and certified teacher from Kopan Monastery. 

Cost varies depending on program. Contact us directly to organize a day program to fit your needs.
