Meditation Instruction every Saturday from 9:30-10:30a.m.
Yoga classes are available for 5-day intensive packages available on request - Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm. Please register 2 days in advance.
Tai Chi class with Gold medalist Ang Babu Lama is continuing on Saturdays 9.00 - 10.30 a.m., Monday to Wednesday 11.15 a.m. - 12.45 p.m. Packages available. Please register in advance.
Reiki class 1 & 2 coming Sunday & Monday. If interested please register in advance.
