WE MOVED! No matter how busy Katmandu can get, it is a holy place to visit. We enjoyed having our center there. We have moved again in Patan from Ekanta Tole to a beautiful location in Patan in Dhobigat near the Assumption Church, into the Himalayan Hostel. Visitors can enjoy brand new accommodations, delicious Nepalese cooking and bright light and energy in our new building. The Centre is happy to welcome to very special place. Our PROGRAMS include Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki classes, and healing to benefit everyone living in or passing through the city of Kathmandu or Patan. Our Buddhist and Reiki courses truly awaken your mind to reach your full spiritual potential, and to develop respect and responsibility for others. The center hosts Tibetan Buddhist Teachings by Rinpoches, Geshes and scholars. We recently hosted teachings by Gyalse Tulku on the Four Noble Truths, the 8-fold path and the 12 interdependent links of our life, and had a attendance of over 170 and were so happy to offer Gyalse Tulku such an honorable welcome. We thank all who attended and support our warm center.

Our Library & book store is ready for your review. We invite you to visit our book store and peruse some of our books over a cup of tea -- compliments of the Himalayan Meditation Buddhist Centre. It is quite an extensive collection and we can have some interesting conversations about some of the material if you wish.

The Thangka Art gallery is a collection of Thangkas that are painted at Lama Zopa's school for Thangka painting.
